The YAKA process
Seven moves from idea to evidence.
The process can expand or contract to fit the assignment, but the logic stays intact: understand first, structure second, make third.

A focused 30-minute conversation about the idea, the pressure points, timing and ambition.

Evaluation
We diagnose what is working, what is missing and whether YAKA is the right strategic fit.

Architecture
We structure the project, priorities, systems, roles and the path from concept to execution.

Blueprint
The concept, scope, decision logic, deliverables and measures are made visible before production.

Alignment
You review the blueprint. We resolve open questions and agree the build before the build begins.

Production
YAKA and the right collaborators bring the approved strategy, system or experience into the world.

Review
We measure what happened, capture learning and determine what should evolve, repeat or scale.

Studio cycles
